Sometimes it’s good to remember we were a “bit younger” once for this write up of an old trip :)

We took the bikes to the youth hostel , quite a bit of pushing as we don’t have full mountain bikes, taking most of the day and enjoying the journey :)

Great to enjoy a rest at the hostel during the afternoon.
We were booked in for two nights so we had plenty of time for our Munroes. We were in dormitory accommodation, not too bad snoring, don’t know how bad I was  However on night 2 a room became available, which we were able to have :)
Great fellowship with all those staying there, including a Swedish mother and daughter, doing the track through to the sea, very fit ladies, carrying all their gear :D

We had great weather for our day on the hills and started with Sgùrr nan Ceathreamhnan, as the highest and we had so many wonderful views of so many surrounding hills :)

We took our time to enjoy the views and the long walk out to Munroe number two :o

Then we decided we better crack on doing the quite a long descent :D

We met some guys who took our photo, one of whom was completing his Munroes on these

Then onto Mullach na Dheiragain, the outlier :)

A real achievement to get to such a remote hill :(

Now for long return for the third Munroe and try to find the best shortcut :D

Then back to the hostel for our evening meal and we weren’t late getting into our private room.
Then we had good weather for the long ride back to our campsite , a wonderful trip we will never forget as we had such wonderful weather and views. :)

It is a bit of a rough trail for hybrid bikes
