Camped by Loch Naver.near Altnaharra.
Dropped off with another party who walked up to the summit.
We walked round on the escarpmet and selected what we thought was Bells route and climbed this rocky /grassy rib to the top. Came out near the cairn and met the other party. Descended with them back to our pickup point.

Found in my old 1967 diary

Is that the route a couple of people died doing a few years ago?

Either way, rather you than me. Rather the boring up and down than that route.
