A cracking report and a huge well done to you both. 8)

Great to see that the weather stayed clear most of the way but that you still got some nice atmospheric cloud.

The traverse is a future dream for me, ahhhhhh!

Epic stuff - congratulations to both of you

Must've taken a hell of a lot of planning and it all came together. The sort of thing of which I could dream but couldn't ever manage :D

thanks to everyone for replying, a common reply is that people dream of doing this traverse but dont think they are capable, my opion on that is if you dont try you wont know, my advice would be to get fit ( hill fit ), read up on the route (lots of downloads online ), practice scrambling and abseiling (climbing wall ) and get a partner who can lead climb to severe level and hope for good spell of weather, above all have a go, there are loads of escape routes, this is why its often abandoned, so get on with the planning and i look foward to your traverse reports soon, good luck, mgmt

Great read, and congratulations Mgmt.
I was particulary interested in this TR as a mate of mine wants us both to do it some time in the future, I,m not to sure if I could do it in one day (he's the rock-climber...I'm a novice) but I would like to try.
I will be sending him a link to read it.
