As far as I can tell, Summer 2024 in Tyndrum was 30th and 31st July  . I had arrived on the evening of the 30th, just in time to enjoy it and I took my chance to traverse the 4 hills of the Ben Lui group on the 31st.
I got a lift to the Forestry Commission car park in Glen Lochy with the aim of a one way traverse over the hills to Dalrigh.

Ben Lui (left) and Beinn a' Chleibh (right) viewed from the start of the walk:

Across the river and then under the railway line:

The route up through the woods is partly path/track but mostly follows alongside burns and is pretty boggy:

At the top of the woods a gate leads out to open ground and I headed straight across to climb the coire wall to the Bealach:

Now head back down to the bealach and up the south west face of Ben Lui. Admittedly not it's finest aspect but I would have plenty of chance to take in those better views later as I progressed to the Glen Cornish side.

My remaining targets of Ben Oss and Beinn Dubcraigh, funny how they look so much easier when viewed from above:

Now on to Beinn Dubhchraig, it's on the way home anyway

Now all that's left is the walk down to Dalrigh, about 4 miles.
I found to this quite tough going, being boggy in some places and rough underfoot in others. It didn't seem to bother a runner who passed me lower down. Maybe I need to get out more

I found the descent to Dalrigh pretty awful as well, not helped by the atrocious weather I'd had all day! Looks like you had a good one though.

I had been in the area a few times this year and had waited for good conditions. I can imagine that atrocious weather you had made the descent even worse. From a distance I had thought that the descent looked pretty easy, so I guess in my mind I foolishly made it harder. Another lesson learnt
