July 8th 14:00- 10th 13:00 SunnyMonar13 Route 2024-Attendee: Sunny and the Big Agnes.
61k 4900m ascent 25 hours within a 47hours period Expedition, covering all the 13 peaks between Craig and loch Monar and Attadale Beinn Dronaig, including 6 munros 3 Munro tops 4 Corbetts. Stayed at Glenuiag walker’s shelter for 1 night, it was a life saver shelter, has had chest infection, uti and doggy stomach cramps all come together. Lucky no one was in the shelter otherwise wiould have to pitch my Agnes outside the shelter. After initial does of antibiotics felt better in the morning , went up for the remaining 2 peaks and Back to car 1pm 10th gave me half day to sort gear and stock up. Prepare for SunnyKillilan 13..
Extremely steep descent from Meal Mor directly and crags to negotiate very difficult, would definitely not going down here next time, probably easier to descent left to the bowl or return to bealach to descent but longer distance. Then took long time going up Sgurr Choinich, next time would try go up to the bealach and ascend Choinich as standard WH route, might be quicker.
