Definitely wearing the socks! Your ankles have to be exposed for the manacles to be secured properly. If I had known that I would have worn sandshoes and not boots (and needless to say different socks!) The other downside is the platform is made up of very sharp metal mesh- very painful through your socks! :(

Thanks Anasta. If you decided to try it you would certainly go through with it. Once you sign in, the team look after you so well and encourage jumpers every step of the way. Go for it :D

WOW - kudos to you Polly, I tried this once and will NEVER do it again - I have made a number of solo parachute jumps with no problems but bungee ........... NEVER, NEVER again :wtf:
