With Marty and Mila on a very cold day with great views. No wind no precipitous. Quite icy near the top so opted for micros on the descent, however I over rotated my hip when putting them on owcha! Was in a lot of pain momentarily but it eased off. Glad I put spikes on, made for a quick descent on some patches of bullet ice. Nice start to the year! 8)
