After a couple of weeks with us both not feeling 100%, we finally ventured out again for the start of our fitness preparation for our holiday to Skye. We decided to head to Tarland again and do the stone circle walk. It was warm, but cloudy when we left the main square and about a half a kilometre into the walk, the rain started falling. We got to the stone circles and headed through some fields with cows in them before passing the eco-house and heading down a track.
We crossed a bridge and walked through the long, wet grass of a farmer's field, cue wet feet, and carried on into Drummy Wood. The sun came out as we headed through the woodlands before reaching the back of Tarland and our car.
