Day 1 of a 2 day mission to get to 30 Munros. I took the WalkHighlands route and modified it slightly to also go up Meall Corranaich:

I drove to the Ben Lawers car park from Aberdeen. The forecast was for absolutely no views so I was psychologically prepared for that. Just git-er-done!

Beinn Ghlas. It's just part of the path. Nothing here..

I have since made the mistake of looking at 3D photogrammetry of what I should have been able to see from here and it is mind-melting. Should be an absolutely fantastic view so I will be back at some point.

Back at the rather lovely Killin Hotel for a pint and a sit by the fire

26 Munros bagged. Sitting in the bar, the plan for day 2 changed about 6 times, but I eventually decided on Glen Lyon. A check of the forecast again confirmed - you will see nothing - plough on! foot to the floor, do it anyway.
