Decided to do both of these together by walking up Gleann Choinneachain then doing A'Ghlas Bheinn first, coming back down to the beach then up to Beinn Fhada then back to the beallach and walk out again.

It was a tough first outing of the year and my legs were shot by the end but glad to get these two in the bag on a rather nice day.

Stayed at Glenshiel Campsite the night before and would recommend.
