Started this walk from the Succoth car park. Left the car park at 06:20 and followed the direct route up to Beinn Narnain. Steep accent through a stony path with some water coming down (wouldn't like to do this when it was raining). Evidence of old concrete foundations for a past hydro scheme. Eventually came through the tree line and had great views of Arrochar and looking down loch long. Once over Cruach nam Miseag, I had great views of Glen Mallan and Glen Douglas (where I used to work). Some great scrambling nearer the top , which was fun and then eventually walked to the summit. Great vies all around and I could see my next objective Beinn Ime. A nice decent though a boulder field to the main path and then a slow slog up to Beinn Ime. Great views again over the whole Arrochar alps, looking up to Crianlarich and Tyndrum. The decent back to Succoth was back down to Bealach a' Mhaim and along the main path that took you past Beinn Narnain to tyhe right and the Cobbler to the left. There was plenty of hikers coming up this path to start their accents of these fine hills. Eventually arrived back at the car park at 11:30. Weather was fine and not too much sun.
