Hi guys, I walked Ben Vane on a very sunny Monday afternoon. It took me around 40 minutes to get to the path, which is easy to find. Roscco made it easy to find in his report. The actual ascent only took 1 hour 20 minutes as I pushed myself for the fitness side of things. I found it very enjoyable and very hot. Im fair skinned so I had total sun block on which helped alot.

I enjoy pushing myself going up the hills then taking my time coming down. The decent was 1 hour and 30 minutes approx. Thats with alot of breaks to take photos and actually enjoy the beauty of the landscape.

All in all this was a great hill with a bit of climbing in it too which was exciting. I am still a novice so building up experience at the moment.
