It was going to be wet Me dave and jake set off at 0745 hrs at the layby a good pace and a few river crossings got to the split in the path and met Ann who was to accompany us on the rest of the walk we got to the top in 3 hrs I struggled badly had av break then headed down met one other walker and that was it plagued by low cloud and rain but warm good day out then a nice pint in paddys at the green welly 5.75 hrs
