Set of at 5 am for this walk and was parked up and offski at just before 7.30
Through the gate and up the land rover track where i made good progress to the Lochan na h Earba Following the walk highlands route it was up the steep grassy hillside and on up to the top of beinn a chlachair in about 3 hours Agood wee break up here to enjoy the views to ben alder ,the grey corries and creag meagaidh hills ,also had a first try of my new stove Geal Charn looked quite far from here and that's probably because it is,took me about 90 mins to get there ,the final climb up over the boulders seemed to take forever A quick stop here and it was down the hill to creag pitridh, this is the smallest of the 3 hills and once down to the col it's only a short climb up to the top It had taken just shy of 6 hours to the top of creag pitridh and all that was left to head down to the track and wander back to the car,had only spoken to 2 guys all day who were both doing the route in reverse but with about a mile left i met 3 lovely ladies from Johnston who were on a mission to bag all the grahams after completing the corbetts and 3 rounds of the munros, blimey well done to them and good luck on their adventures in the future .A great day ,weather forecast was spot on and good not to get soaked for a change
