Frogwell,

GR 968956 - literally 75m from the path where you emerge on to the bealach between DPoint and Sgaidhleir.
It would be possible to camp further up on Devil's Point where a) you get a signal to phone the missus and b) a wind is more likely to remove the midges.

Smashing report ¬ Out working in New Zealand at the moment probably for next 2-3 years.

The pictures in your report brought back good memories and what I will miss. Guess I need to hang up my Munro boots for the time being and make do with these tiddlers. Might stick a few reports on the Outside Scotland forum

Missed this first time round - lovely stuff and some nice inversion photos :D would agree with a high camp - the midges lower down were horrendous a couple of weeks back 8)

Great trip kev, you know its been a good un when you can include beer and reindeer. Pity you didn't have a couple of rolls and a frying pan. Mmm... reindeer burgers.
