Was looking at other reports for this and decided to go the smae route as polly h . Found the road no probs .cheers polly .
parked up at the car park just before kenknock farm . walked up along the path and took route up by the dam pipe to the left .
Headed up slope and onto a boggy pathless walk till bottom of meall a churain . Got up to the top of this and sgiath chuill came into sight . Over to sgiath chuill and had a really good view all around .Walked back to halfway between the two tops and headed down to cross over to beinn cheathaich . this part is really steep down and back up . took us about 1hr and 40 mins to cross over the beallach.Going up to beinn cheataich you can see the track which you will go back down from meall glas.Good trig point here and good path over to meall glass . once over to meall glas stopped for a bite to eat .Had a really good view of ben challum which we were going to do the next day. Walked back along ridge to cheathaich hten headed down onto the track which takes you back to kenknock farm.
