Big Bens little sister

I'd originally planned to do this walk up the track through the Strathgarve Forest as Claire would be with us but found out walkers were not welcome in this area. So we started at the Ben Wyvis car park, taking the same path as you do for Ben Wyvis. This is a good path but unfortunately you have to leave it once you come out the forest, where you cross the stream and take to the wet, soggy, muddy & boggy slopes to Little Wyvis, following the fence line of the forest. The terrain doesn't improve until you're on the ridge where it then becomes a 1km stroll to the summit. After reaching the summit we returned by the same route and it was just as bad on the way down as up but once on the path it was a relief.
