After re-charging the batteries at the Kintail lodge hotel (a fantastic breakfast of smoked salmon) we set off with thumbs out on the A87. At the Shiel Bridge garage a car that had passed us a few moments earlier had stopped and the two lads in it offered us a lift, which we gratefully accepted (they were just coming back from a climbing trip to Skye, which must have been great with the weather over the previous few days).
We got out at the parking area at Malagan and headed up for the Saddle. A poor route choice meant we went round the southern side of Meallan Odhar which was quite wet underfoot and also the weather itself had changed for the worse and the wind was now getting up.
As munro baggers we decided to give the Forcan ridge a miss and headed for the Bealach Coire Mhalagain. Dropping our packs here we did a quick (ish) up and down to the Saddle - exchanging a few words with a couple heading up as we returned.
Next on the Sgurr na Sgine where we made a slap up meal of - you've guessed it (if you've read the linked posts) "Super Noodles"

Not the best descent (we wen't steeply downhill NE - I believe the best line is SW?) then head for the fence line that leads up and over Sgurr a bhac Chaolais and indeed all the way to Creag nan Damh.
Another high camp, although we could see dark clouds gathering and thought the next day along the ridge might be wet (and was it ever)
