Thought I would post this walk done in Feb 09 more just for giving info on lie of the land around Glen Calvie/Alladale and the hills over to the Dearg group.

Walk up Glen Calvie for an hour and once reaching Diebidale lodge head up the hill beside the lodge which gives a steep climb initially before leveling out to a long ridge walk. I done this in February..really mild weather...not a breath of wind on the ridge and clear cut views 360. This was the first decent walk of the year so I made the most of it and descended late and got back to Glen Calvie lodge at 9pm.
