Another 2 wet Munros from Fersit

Recently Walkhighlands stalwart Monty, that'll cost you a pint Monty, did a walk report from Fersit on a wet day. This report is the other 2 Munros climbed from Fersit, also done on a wet day. We started from the car park at the end of the public road, taking the road down and over the 2 bridges crossing the river and railway. We continued on the road through the farm and gate and onto the track. There is a bull on this farm roaming freely but he is very placid and he even let me take his photo. We left the track where it meets a path and from here after few meters we leave it to take to the very boggy terrain following the stream almost to the Lochan. From here we headed up the eastern slopes between Sron na Garbh-bheinne and Stob Coire Sgriondain, quickly reaching the ridge where a short walk takes you to the first summit. From the summit we followed the path firstly over the 958 top then the 924 one and from here on to Chno Dearg. From the 924 mark we followed a set of mini tank tracks and soon realised they wern't going to the summit of Chno Dearg and ended up approaching Chno Dearg from the west rather than the south. Once on the summit we headed north then followed the stream back down to the path and back to the start. The bull was still there on our return lying down without a care in the world. The weather today was light rain for the first hour or so with no wind and very poor visibility changing to a bit of sunshine as we headed down off Chno Dearg and back to the start.
