Parked my car in the Tafarn y Garreg pub carpark £3 for the day or a pint in the pub later, which i had. Grid ref SN849171. The route i decided to take was up and along Fan Hir. The path starts right next to the pub carpark. It`s a wide path which takes you to a foot bridge over the river tawe, once over the bridge turn right keeping the river to your right and the fence to your left until you come to a gate on your left, pass through the gate keeping the field and the sheep fold on your left, it`s then a steep climb up through the bracken but as you climb the view starts to open up. It`s a bit of a slog up Fan Hir but well worth it. My pics can tell you the rest.
