Great report and a great send off! Would have loved to be there myself but as you know, thanks to meeting my wife on this very site I'm now located over in your homeland! We'll get out for a hike or two over here for sure.
I hope the Cupar branch of Enterprise survives without you!
Love the inscription on the flask case

Count us in!

Hope we can make it to TN sometime. Google map says I could be at your door in 6 hours! And do give us a shout if you're up our way anytime, including in December as you mentioned. And who knows, perhaps along with ChrisW and ndhudson we'll make the WH North America meet actually happen one time!
Stretch wrote:I organized and took part in the first big meet-up for the website over Halloween weekend (Oct 2010). There I met a fantastic group of fellow hillwalking enthusiasts, many of whom have become – perhaps unknowingly – part of my support group. The memories of our adventure in Glencoe spawned several more meet-ups in 2011at Aviemore, Roy Bridge, Kintail, and Wales.
Was great to meet you and everyone else at that first meet! (and other times we've walked). Great times and great memories memories...
