I tried to get someone to go on this walk with me but there were no takers... so I thought ******** to it ...I'm off.

So here's the pics of Glaramara, Allen Crags & Great End on a stunning summers day.

I took the Combe Gill Route I had thought about going up through the door but just opted for the normal path it was the middle of the week so it was reasonably quiet.

After an hour of sweating like a horse I made it to the summit and a welcome cooling breeze.

Definitely your mates loss that day with weather like that. It is certainly the kind of day you never want to end and keep you on the high fells as long as possible. Too often in the lakes they are few and far between. Great pic, too. Nice one.
