I tried to get someone to go on this walk with me but there were no takers... so I thought ******** to it ...I'm off.
So here's the pics of Glaramara, Allen Crags & Great End on a stunning summers day.
I took the Combe Gill Route I had thought about going up through the door but just opted for the normal path it was the middle of the week so it was reasonably quiet.
After an hour of sweating like a horse I made it to the summit and a welcome cooling breeze.
I headed onward to Allen Crags ...
Onward to Great End...
I headed back down towards Esk Hause the tok the path to Sprinkling tarn, along to Styhead Tarn and finally Decended to seathwaite via Styhead Gill & Stockley Bridge ...the road section to Seatoller nearly killed me.
Warning
