Cracking report and very, VERY different to the conditions I experienced up there on the 17th! Probably a forlorn hope but I don't suppose you encountered an ice axe?

Unfortunately no ice axe...the same thing happened to me last Wednesday on Meall Ghaordaidh but I was able to find it by retracing my steps in the snow :D

You're right, it's not an awe-aspiring munro, but with the aquaduct and dam, its something different to enjoy :-) Congrats on your first xmas Munro!
