3C at the car, patches of snow around 700m. Low cloud broken near summits. The hummocky terrain and billowing clouds made navigation tricky and we got lost a couple of times (see map). Farragon Hill was a surprise. We entered one of the mines, the air was very mild. There were a couple of 4WD vehicles out with guests on 'Highland Safaris'. Not sure they were going to see much. All we saw was a few grouse and a couple of sheep. Climbed with Dave Sloan.
