Hurt my knee a month ago taking a tumble on Conic hill whilst doing part of the WHW so been kicking my heels recently to get back out but due to doctors orders been stuck indoors. Feeling better yesterday and with the new camera I bought recently needing a good workout decided to head up to Rowerdennan to walk towards Inversnaid. All in all done 7 miles and knee was feeling good by the end, all be it a little stiff. Took a few pics so thought I would share.

I might be wrong, but I think your hills are the Arrochar Alps.
Not quite sure where you were standing but possibly Ben Narnarin siting behind Cruach Tairbeirt.

I did my hamstring in not too long ago and it survived a stink up Ben Lomond, only one steep section, which I just took my time on and made it up OK.... just to be blown about like a rag doll at the summit mind you lol

There is a little beach area before the youth hostel. The picture is taken from there.

Going to attempt a Corbett next Saturday so hopefully no problems with the old knee
