1st day of the trip. Chose these 2 for a warmup and with weather not great. Away at 8.30 on a cloudy day, no one else about. Steady progress up a track then up the SE then E ridge to Beinn a Chochuill. Good and fun going once heading west, a pleasant ridge to the summit. Persistent drizzle started so on with the waterproofs - 1st trial of the Kongur jacket and very pleased with it. Surprised at how steep the north side is, and large patches of snow and cornice remnants still about in this barren part of the Scottish winter this year. Stopped a couple of times to mess about on the snow slopes, had the axe just in case there was an opportunity!

Back down to the east ridge and on down to the bealach at about 700m. This means about 300m of ascent to Beinn Eunaich and a bit of a slog, rockier near the top. Off down the SW/S ridge then cut down back to the track. The latter steeper part of the descent not fun, don't think the 'path' picks the best way. Back to the cottage to get a fire lit! Only 7 photos but not a bad day.
