Parked our car opposite the power stationd and walked up the main road where we picked up the track that leads into the glen. The lead in walk is quite short and in no time we were a the bottom of Ben Vane. The ascent is quite steep and the path is eroded in a lot of places but we still made good time. We were thinking of catching Ben Vorlich at the same time but my Dad was itching to get back home to look for a new car so we will have to catch it another day. :)
