Weather: Sunny periods, a few heavy clouds and brief shower of snow.
Route: forest track, faint footpath, open hillside.
Wildlife: couple of buzzards
Special Interest: Rob Roy's grave

Parked car at car park for Rob Roy's grave. We walked up track to right of church and joined track for Kirkton Glan and Creag an Tuirc. we went to the latter, turning off main track and following a footpath throught the trees.
At Creag an Tuirc great view of Loch Voil. we had a coffee and tunnocks sitting on the bench provided.

Walked over to the gate and route back down, but we turned right, not left and followed old track through trees to a gate into next field. we then walked straight up the side of the fence to Creag Mhullaich where we sat and had lunch in a sheltered spot. Great views of Vorlich etc from here.

From here we simply walked up the steep slope roughly above an old fence line but going straight towards the top once we could see it.

Somebody left the gate open, bad form. the top is just visible, craggy bit

Met the fence again at the top to reach the summit. Hit the snow line up there. A few tracks in the snow, not many people been up here recently.

After a good look round and photos, a scriffing of snow falling, headed back down the same way.

At Creag an Tuirc we walked back down the track and had a look round the church before sitting in the car and finishing our coffee.

A simple walk and simply great views.
