Was looking over at that ridge yesterday in clear blue skies. Was scared of it from 2 miles away. Great effort Jock and very descriptive report. I doubt I would have tackled it in the same conditions.

Thanks 2dalmatians. It didn't look too bad from below, it was only once I was up there I could see what it was like and by that point I was as well just carrying on

Great report and pics, weather permitting I'm heading that way on Saturday, been thinking about it for a while and after reading your report and seeing your pics its spurred me on to go for it this weekend. I was up on Ben Lui about 5 weeks ago during that mini heatwave and it looked imposing from there so close up pics really show what a great walk this is. Thanks Jock
