Cairn Gorm and Ben Macdui
Posted: Sun Oct 11, 2009 11:37 pmDid the WH walk but in reverse with Barnie, chocolate Labrador. Had a thoroughly enjoyable walk. Lovely sunny day but chilly. Snow on upper parts. Start 12:10. From car park following the ridge reached Cairn Gorm in 35mins. Quick sandwich and some hot Bovril then reached summit Ben Macdui in 1hr40mins. Stunning views from BM. Return to Car Park via path W of Coire an Lochain. Back to car park 16:10.
