Just been round the route in spectacular Autumn sunshine with no mud. The section after the forestry down to and along the shore is the highlight of the walk - mature woods and then heron, pheasant, kites, buzzards and pidgeon along with numerous other sea birds that we weren't able to identify. Great views across Munlochy Bay to the caves on the far shore. The castle is a bit of a disapointment -more info at http://www.avoch.org/html/castle.html and http://www.avoch.org/html/de_moray.html
