sadly there are very few Sgianach mountain guides which I think is a shame. Our guide originates from Aberdeen. He was telling us he was trying to encourage some of the locals to get into the hills by taking school kids out with their parents.

Looks like you had a good day for it. Ascended the west ridge of Gillean years ago but not done Am Basteir.
