Congratulations on your double ton, Doots! First class report :D :D
I remembered that you had asked on the forum about the conditions for Fisherfield hills so I guessed you planned this trip. Standing on the summit of Slioch on Saturday, I gazed into the wilderness, snow showers all over and I thought, God, those guys doing the F-6 must be suffering now
I have to drag Kevin out to eventually climb this group. We'll probably split them into shorter walks, we'll see.
We're planning a biggie in Glen Shiel for the coming Saturday, forecast looks great, so I'm getting ready for some more mountain porn

One of the best reports I've read in a while.
Great write-up of this long walk, with fantastic photos.

Nice one to keep for your 200th - the best Munro in Scotland (IMO).

Cool cave pic

Nice one - great photos, and you can truly say you've been wild camping now! Knowing your usual walks, I thought you might go for it in a day, but doing it this way looks more fun :D

I've long given up going for classics on significantly numbered hills as the weather is always crap. Looks like you managed to pull it off 8)

Entertaining report and great pics, I'm all set to do these in early June, so it's nice to have another TR to study beforehand.

I'm hoping to do the lot in one day (weather dependent) starting and finishing at the bothy. I'd like to think that in optimal conditions I'll be able to do this in under 14 hours - just wondering how long you would give yourself to do the route in one go starting and finishing at Shenaval?
