munro bagging made easy
Quick report ,after climbing glass in march(first munro) getting hit with a small snow storm and not seeing the bypass (10 meters away :? )thinking I will never get down the steep face alive!!!!!!!!! I shamelessly turned tail and bolted back over glass  and down ward losing ample plumage and clucking heavier with every step only to reach easier descent look up and see the storm had almost passed although it did return a lesson was learned.
Anyway after an ascent of ben lomond on sat'

peters first
peering over towards lawers range I decided it was gettin it .Unfortunate for my son as this would mean a corbet 2 donalds and 3 munros in his first week of mountain walking. As I had already climbed glas I gave peter a choice he chose the bypass, I explained that although it was a good haul up glass and it would be a great achievement he chose the bypass.
we planned to leave lanarkshire at 6am but unfotunate events and a close family accident meant late night hospital runs so long lie was in order perhaps canceling full thing.Looking at packed bags wee peters petted lip we were of arriving at lawers at approx 3.30pm
I will be quick but everyone will know the walk WTH excellent route map but I must mention the people on lawers that day everyone had ahello a skip in their stride some even stopped to tell us how great the mountains had been , but looking at us oddly cause of the time we were going up anyway I gladly took the bypass and motered on reaching the bealach(see am learning) in little over an hour .the rest in pics
