Second walk report of the week, up to date at last, Bidean nam Bian, Stob Coire Sgreamhach with my wee guy (kyle, 6yrs) aka the “mountain goat”! Spent the night camping in Glen Etive next to the river, beautiful night, slight breeze (so no midgets) BONUS! Woke up early and got breakie out of the way, then hit the hill at 8am.

Off we go!
Great day, very good path which was good for the wee guy! Made good time and we where the first on the hill so lead the way for hours, until the little legs got tired, well that is my excuse. Ha,ha.

Great effort on two good hills :D Just wish I could get my two inspired to get out in the hills. If there was a football pitch on the summit my eldest would run up them I'm sure

These two hills were the one and only time my eldest step son came out with me (aged in his early 20s at the time). Never been out with me since - something about his knee still hurting  So well done to your lad for a great effort
