As normal, a close eye on the mwis confirmed a trip to kintail was a good un! "really" :(
had my eye on Ciste Dubh since the WH meet but being a long way for a single i thought about adding Fhada and A'Ghlas beinn :D
Turns out Iain Watson had the same idea, so we set of for kintail.
feels strange having your breakfast at 1am in the morning when people are making there way home from the pub :?
Anyway the mwis was wrong! still cant believe that :? and we were in the clag and drizzel/rain most of the day
reading figures on a computer, ascent descent distance ect is easy, walking them is a different matter
must pay more attention, funny my teacher always said that!
The stats on my gps are different to the ones on here, them being
distance 31.25 km
ascent 3249m
other figures are correct
time 11.39 moving time 8.08 stopped 3.31
the figures on this report are from the track we walked and the stats from memory map
if anyone else has walked this, please clarify :D
this was a Long Hard walk! with great company cheers Iain turns out we both would've bailed out after Ciste Dubh if walking alone   glad we never though, good to get those ones out of the way.
Although this is'nt much of a trip report it might come in handy for anyone planning a similar route :D
