Beautiful Autumn day's walk with mates from HMC. Parked near Fersit and went through the bog and straight up the Sron na Garbh-bheinne, the onto Stop Coire Sgriordain. After lunch stop, it was a long but easy traverse over and up to Chno Dearg. After bagging this we slid the first part of the return to Fersit on old snow behind the peak. Then walked out through the wet bog and fields.

Good reports Archierob, especially like the pics in this one - is that Glencoe in the distance? :D

I'm confused, you say it was an Autumn day's walk but the date on your report says 12/04/09. And there seems to be a lot of snow on the hill for it to be this time of year :?

This is a great route though, very enjoyable when you get onto the ridge that leads up to Sgriodain summit.
