A walk with the Lang Craigs started close to the shore of Loch Creran at a lay by on the minor road just east of Druimnavuic. We headed up the track climbing steeply through the wooded area, once through the gate the trees are soon passed and the rough track zig zags up until you reach a small cairn the spot to leave the main track and head up the grassy slope. The views are back onto Loch Creran are a flavor of what is to come.

The first small top at 488m gives good views but it is not yet possible to see the full extent of the walk ahead. The walk to the summit was enjoyable but there are many ascents and descents on the way.
We were very lucky and the views all round were stunning. Looking out to sea I could see the route I had taken last year when I went sailing up the sound of Mull. We also had great views of Ben Cruachan, Ben Starav, Ben Nevis, The Mamors, Glen Coe, so many hills it was great to have such clear skies.
