Route description: South Glen Shiel Ridge: 7 Munros

Munros included on this walk: Aonach Air Chrith, Creag a'Mhàim, Creag nan Dàmh, Druim Shionnach, Maol chinn-dearg, Sgùrr an Doire Leathain, Sgùrr an Lochain

Date walked: 14/07/2012

Distance: 27 km

Ascent: 1818m

Leithy Suburbs.....it was worth wating for,great day had on this ridge.

Trekker....Yip I do know the rest..

Basscaet....3 years ago I would not have been ready for this,but on Sat I was well ready.

JC....am with you,Vals legs would have done the trick.

Chris W...Elizabeth is good,thanks for asking,the key saga still makes me laugh.

Jonny 616...the smile was more of relief than anything else mate.
