Killin is a very attractive place, and a great base for walking in the southern highlands. The view of Tarmachan Ridge from the village is excellent, I agree. There's a fine view of Killin from the ridge, too.
When you say the Falls of Dochart is a gorgeous place, do you mean the waterfall or the pub?
