Me, Gammy, Alan S, Ron & Alice

Friday 8k 300 meters 3 hours. Pack 26 kilos way too heavy even for a relatively short walk.

Shenavall bothy was pretty full so used the tent & got eaten alive by midges & other beasts.

Saturday 22k 1215 meters 13 hours. For various reasons decided not to continue from Sgurr Ban but drop down to the lochan & then to the glen floor & walk out. Very hot, water between first & second was not great & would be emergency only. Spent about 2 hours just chilling at various points.

Sunday 8k 450 meters 3 hours back to the car.

Ron, Alan & Alice completed the whole round.
