**EDIT 07/09/12** I climbed 6 munros and noone is going to take one off me after this effort for the sake of half an inch  still 284 for me :D

Me, Savage Alice, Rocket Ron, Jonny 616 and Gammy leg walker :D

This report is mainly a picture report to follow up the excellent post by Gammy leg walker :D

Jonny and Gammy 2 munros (return trip already planned)
Me,Ron and Alice 6 munros

This for a few of us was our 1st wild camping experience, so why not try the hard way  this trip really tested my ability on the hills but was a really enjoyable weekend in a truly stunning area 8)
I have to say though with recent dry warm weather especially up the nw coast that the midges were by far the worst I have ever experienced and hopefully I dont experience that again as the wee buggers nearly ruined my weekend.
Although the midges were trying there best to annoy me they quickly got ignored as we reached each summit as every time we got to each top the views just got better and better particularly from A' Mhaighdean and even though by the time I got here I was already feeling the pain It was quickly forgotten as what I seen from here will stay with me for a long time,A quick reminder of why I love hillwalking so much and how it is worth the effort.
This was a real hard effort by all of us and was enjoyed by everyone, I hope  and was a real achievement.

I would like to add a few thanks to Jonny for carrying all they beers and whisky to the bothy :D To Ron for his support, to gammy........ for being gammy  and a big thanks to Alice as if it wasnt for her I would never have continued round this on my own and it was great to have her company for the rest of the walk, even though it was the hardest thing ive ever done  sorry for being so crabbit in the end Alice but they jaggy nettles at the end really finished me off

sorry for the amount of pics on this report but it is a really special place

Thanks
Alan

Well done for completing the circuit. That was a truly long day. The views from these summits are outstanding especially if the weather is on your side. I'm sure you had quite a party afterwards in the bothy.
