Beinn Bhuide

[Stuart Angus]

I'd been dreading doing Beinn Bhuide purely becuase of the distance to the foot of the hill (5 miles) which either had to be walked or cycled..............I chose to cycle it.

Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn, was my ass sore by the time we reached the cycle drop off point at the foot of the hill.........(so sore I couldn't sit down on the return route to the car)
Anyway once I'd got off that thing and started on the uphill, I was much happier although Stevo and Lindsey said that I moaned the whole day about it...............believe who you want to!!!

Here's some pictures etc of our day in Beinn Bhuide, it really is a cracking hill...............when you finally get to it!!!

It's great to see a report on this hill in good weather - so often it's raining or in the clag. Just goes to show that there are some great views from up here. As for the bike and your backside, best way is just to get out and cycle more often....or get some padded shorts - cheers

Great stuff, i'm with Rockhopper purely because when i did it i never saw a thing. Super views. A gel seat is what you need i thing
