An interesting choice of route, avoiding the busy road in Glen Shiel. We did the Sisters starting from Bealach an Lapan which was less boggy but still one stiff climb. The first stage, before getting to Sgurr na Ciste Diubhe, is really long, I remember walking and walking in the summer heat... Have we done any Munros yet? Nope, darling, we have only traversed an outlying top! What???
Congratulations on the 200th Munro :D

Thanks BP You're right about the first part of the ridge. Took a long time to bag he first Munro, but like buses two more came along pretty soon after :D

They are stunning hills to view, but a pleasure to surmount- makes for a fine day, especially if hitting the double ton as well
Cheers.

Thanks soulminer. You're right on all counts, as they look good and provide a great outing too, with great views :D

Thanks lochlaggan. I'm surprised more people don't use this walk in. The walk into An Lapan isn't much kop, but then the more that walk it then perhaps a better path might develop :D
