thanks to all for the kind words . But, as I always feel, these reports are just a vehicle for the wonderful ever-changing land we get to experience. I only hope to capture a small part of it .

Nice one from me too Dougie ! The Ring of Steall certainly is a great round (like you I was hoping for more hands on, but a superb walk still at that. A spot of winter maybe changes the experience significantly). Great shot back down into upper Glen Nevis
