My First Munro

Time taken: 7 hours

Distance: 13 km

Ascent: 740m

Well after much reading, planning, buying gear, changing plans to suit weather etc I finally did my first munro :D and I am now hooked, even though my lungs and heart were bursting out my chest on the ascent I enjoyed it immensely and I can,t wait to get back up them hills again :thumbup:

You don't seem as worried about the photo quality now :lol: It is a fine old walk round. Last time I was there it was winter and it was a bit of a different prospect then :) Carry on and enjoy McLEOD :thumbup:

hard to take a bad pic with that scenery ( I hope lol )
the winter walkings beginning to really appeal to me now, snow covered peaks and all that, need to start saving for the crampons etc but don,t tell the wife :wink: :lol:

Thanks :D I,m thinking I,ve spoiled myself doing the Tarmachan ridge first to be honest, I,m now looking for the most exciting peaks to do rather than the boring ones lol
