I look forward to revisitng the area, probably in a more relaxed way and probably from Inverie - having done the Kinloch Hourn way three times now. I cannot say for certain but I suspect that the Barisdale approaches are more scenic than those from the Inverie side.

Very much enjoyed your 2 reports. :D I just love Knoydart and can’t wait to go back for some munros. I remember that walk from Barrisdale to Kinloch Hourn. Delightful indeed, but after 2 long days out I can understand that its twists and turns, ups and downs may not have entertained you on the way back in the dark. :lol:
