Ouch! Hope you make a swift recovery. It's so easy to have a slip at the end of a walk when you're tired and back on what seems safe ground.

It's looking a lot snowier than when we did it in May. We used bikes for the road section but didn't "cheat" as we cycled up with them the night before, did the road walk back and camped overnight at the start point. It's a pleasant walk down the glen if you can take your time. Cycling in and camping also allowed us to do the walk when the gate was closed on a Tuesday and have the hills all to ourselves.
