Just a wee note to say I was up here on Tuesday and the path up from the carpark was a bloody nightmare!!! Ice everywhere!

The Forestry Commission are in the process of building a proper path from the forest track up through the trees, ye know, the horrible muddy boggy bit up through the trees before the final ascent of the hill.

No work done to the boggy bit coming off the other side down through the firebreak. Still a boggy nightmare.

Nice photo opportunity looking down the reservoir towards the dam wall.

Hopefully if I've done this right there should be a couple of photies attached.

Thanks,

/Colin. :D

Cheers, Colin.

The kids and I walked past the "path" in the Summer, mistaking it for a mountain bike track.
